Winter sports fans will appreciate especially the direct connection to the downhill ski area Javor, Zahr\u00e1dky, and Hn\u011bd\u00fd vrch using an access ski-lift in the immediate neighbourhood of the chalet, and also the possibility of night skiing on the floodlit slope Javor, which is the longest one in the Czech Republic (for more info, see www.pecpodsnezkou.cz<\/a>).<\/p>\n

On the arrival of spring, the beautiful scenery of mountains offers many opportunities for active outdoor recreation. Traditional trekking in vicinity of the highest mountain of the Czech Republic is supplemented with tens of kilometres of bike trails connected up to Harrachov with bicycle-bus transport. There is also an 18-hole golf course Mlad\u00e9 Buky in a distance of 12 km for the golf lovers. During the summer season, you will surely be attracted by the possibility of a romantic sitting by the fireplace, in a quiet zone nearby the brook.<\/p>\n

There are many restaurants in the immediate neighborhood of the chalet. In the vicinity, you will find rental services of all sports equipment and other facilities to make your stay or sport life here more eventful, e.g. sauna, fitness, bowling, mountain bobsleigh track, giant slides, or squash. There is also an indoor swimming pool in hotel Horizont, about 200 m from the chalet; you can visit a beautiful aqua park in Trutnov, 20 km away. A nice addition to your stay can be a trip to the zoo in Dv\u016fr Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9 nad Labem, 50 km away, as well.<\/p>\n
